2. You can reach a real person

3. Where your jacket is made
In-stock styles ship from Duluth, Georgia. Made-to-order styles and custom sizes are cut and stitched in our family workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan, a city known worldwide for leather craft, and shipped to you by express courier. We tell you this openly because we are proud of it. Every jacket is cut, stitched and finished by hand.
4. Secure checkout
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. You can pay with:

5. Clear shipping and returns, written down
- Shipping: free in the United States. A flat $35 to other countries, with import duties and taxes included at checkout, so nothing extra is due on delivery.
- Timing: regular styles ship in 3 to 7 business days. Custom designs are made in 1 to 2 weeks before shipping.
- Returns: standard sizes (XS to 4XL) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached. Made-to-measure, custom and personalised pieces are final sale because they are made for one person. If anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we put it right and cover the return shipping.

6. Independent reviews
Reviews on our own product pages are from customers who bought from us. We have also opened a profile on Trustpilot so customers can leave independent reviews that we cannot edit or remove. We invite every customer to review us there about a month after delivery, once they have actually worn the jacket.
