Shipping policy

At White Buraq we want your jacket to reach you with no surprises. Here is exactly how shipping works.

1. Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Choose your country at checkout to see your shipping option and price. We can't ship to countries under trade sanctions or to places our couriers don't serve.

2. Where your order ships from

  • In-stock styles ship from our location in Duluth, Georgia.
  • Made-to-order styles and custom sizes are handmade in our family workshop in a small town in Sialkot, Pakistan, where leather craft is our family heritage, and shipped directly to you by express courier.

3. Processing time

  • Regular styles, including in-stock, made-to-order and made-to-measure sizes, ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Custom designs from our jacket builder are made to order in 1–2 weeks, then ship.
  • Genuine exotic leather (python, crocodile, alligator) is made to order in 3–4 weeks, then ships.
  • Orders of 10 or more pieces are quoted separately with their own timeline, which we confirm by email before we start.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery time

  • United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch by express courier (about 6–12 business days in total).
  • All other countries: 5–8 business days after dispatch by express courier.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the carrier or customs.

5. Shipping cost

  • United States: free on all orders.
  • All other countries: a flat $35 per order, shown at checkout.

6. Customs, import duties and taxes

  • Every country we ship to: all import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery, in the United States, Europe or anywhere else.

Genuine exotic leather items (such as python and crocodile) ship with CITES export documents. Some countries also require an import permit for exotic leather, so please check your country's rules before ordering. Python products cannot be shipped to California (California Penal Code 653o).

7. Carriers

We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS.

8. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package online.
