Choose your size by your chest measurement (body, over a thin top): XS 36–38", S 38–40", M 40–42", L 42–44", XL 44–46", 2XL 46–48", 3XL 48–50", 4XL 50–52". UK and EU labels run one size smaller than US labels, so a US Medium is a UK/EU Large. Between sizes, or wearing a thick sweater underneath? Go one size up, or order it made to measure. Made to measure. Pick Made to measure for $30 more than the standard size. A short form opens where you enter your chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length and jacket length before you add the jacket to your cart. If you skip it, email info@whiteburaq.com with your order number and measurements. If anything looks unusual we contact you before we cut. Made-to-measure jackets are final sale. Make it your own. Want a different leather, color, lining or hardware, or your name or logo added? Design it in our custom jacket builder or email info@whiteburaq.com with photos. We confirm the price and timeline before we start.

Shipping. Custom designs are made to order in 1–2 weeks, then shipping takes about 1 week. Shipping is free within the US by express courier. We ship worldwide for a flat $35, and import duties and taxes are included for every country we ship to, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. See our shipping policy.

Packaging. Your jacket arrives folded in tissue inside our black WHITE BURAQ garment bag, which you can keep for storing it, packed in a sturdy shipping box.

Returns. Custom and personalised jackets are made just for you, so they are final sale. We confirm every detail by email before we start. If your jacket arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us right away. See our return policy.

Wipe marks with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth, keep the jacket away from direct heat and damp, and condition the leather a few times a year. Hang it on a wide wooden or padded hanger and store it in its breathable WHITE BURAQ garment bag, never in plastic. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or use household cleaners; for deep cleaning, take it to a leather specialist. With proper care it will last for decades. See our leather care guide.
