How to measure for made to measure
Measure over a thin shirt with a soft tape. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand relaxed. A friend makes this much easier.

Do I need to call to order a custom jacket?
No. You can do everything on this page: design your jacket, pay at checkout, or send a quote request. We confirm every detail with you by email before we start, so you have it all in writing.
Is it real leather?
Yes. Every jacket is made from genuine leather, and shearling options are genuine wool-on sheepskin.
What if I am between sizes?
Choose "Made to measure" in step 6 and enter your measurements, or pick your usual size and tell us in the notes how you like it to fit (for example, room for a hoodie).
How much does a custom leather jacket cost?
Custom jackets range from $199 to $499, depending on the leather, the style and how much you customize. The builder shows your price as you go. Exotic leathers and wholesale orders are quoted separately.
Should I pay now or ask for a quote?
If you picked one of our designs in a standard leather, you can add it to your cart and pay the full price at checkout. Ask for a quote for your own design, exotic leathers, 6 or more pieces, or whenever you are unsure. Quotes are free with no obligation, and we reply within 24 hours on business days. If you accept, we send you a secure checkout link.
How long does it take?
Made-to-measure jackets are handmade in 5–7 business days. Custom designs with logos, special leathers or new details can take longer, and we confirm your timeline before we start. Express shipping then takes 3–5 business days.
Can I return or exchange a custom jacket?
No. Custom and made-to-order jackets are made just for you, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. That is why we confirm every detail with you before we start. If your jacket arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us right away at info@whiteburaq.com.
Which files can I upload for my logo?
AI, EPS, SVG or PDF files work best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. Files can be up to 10 MB; email anything larger to info@whiteburaq.com with the subject "Custom Jacket Project".
Can I use any logo or design?
Please only send artwork, logos and names that you own or have permission to use. We cannot reproduce other brands' trademarks or characters without permission.
Can you copy a jacket I already own?
We can use a jacket you own as a reference for fit and construction. Send us clear photos from the front, back and sides, plus its measurements, and tell us what you want to change.
Can I see the leather before you make my jacket?
Yes. Ask us for a photo of the leather in your color before we start. For wholesale orders, physical leather cuttings and a sample can be arranged with your quote.
Do you make jackets for teams and businesses?
Yes. The builder handles up to 5 pieces. For 6 or more, choose a wholesale quantity and send a quote request, and we confirm minimums, samples and pricing in writing.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Reply to our confirmation email or write to info@whiteburaq.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before we start making your jacket.
How will I know when my jacket ships?
We email you a tracking number and a link as soon as it ships, so you can follow it online.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping is free within the US and a flat $35 everywhere else, and international delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. For Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), import duties and taxes are not included and are paid to the courier on delivery. For all other countries, we pay the import duties. How do I look after my custom jacket?
Follow our leather care guide. In short: keep it away from long sun, heat and damp, blot it dry naturally if it gets wet, and hang it on a wide hanger in a breathable bag.
