1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

 
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
  • Returns & exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Note: After 30 days from delivery, returns and exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-21 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds—only regular-priced items qualify.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund.
 

4. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
  • If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Exceptions & Additional Information

  • Custom Orders: Fully customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift Returns: If the item was a gift, a store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
